When booking your initial consultation,90-minute it is recommended that a 90 minute appointment be made to allow time to fill out forms, assess your issues and make a plan to help get you back to the wonderful self you know you can be.

What should I do after my massage

Stay hydrated

Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage and stay well-hydrated. Proper hydration also helps prevent soreness and aids in muscle recovery

Gentle Movement

While avoiding strenuous activities, engage in light, gentle movement like walking or easy stretching to keep your muscles limber and prevent stiffness.

Rest & Relaxation

Give your body time to recover. Avoid strenuous activities and if possible, take some time for relaxation, such as a warm bath, meditation or gentle stretching.

Listen to Your Body

Pay attention to how your body respons to the massage. If you have any discomfort, or soreness consult your therapist for guidance.
